Could anyone please help me read this Egyptian silver hallmark?

Hi,
From left to right:
1.Cairo, fineness in Arabic numerals 800.
2.Official hallmark: Lotus flower,since 1946.
3.Date letter is difficult to decipher due to variations in curves and position of dots in Arabic alphabet, could be either 1949 - 1951 or 2001 - 2002.
