It is a dairy old Indian I also not sure if the purity is 800 or higher.

It`s Persia (Iran). One of the marks is fineness ``84`` in Persian numerals (.875).

I also this tea / coffee but no punches but was tested acid such as silver. Bone handle and It is very heavy
In your opinion is the same origin and age (which?)

Btw. both pieces you showed have very similar if not perfectly matching details, so it could be the same maker.
