Egyptian Silver date?

Hello,I am sure is Egyptian Cairo Silver 800. But can't find the correct date.
Also The official website of the Egyptian government don't have.

Hi,
Egyptian marking was inconsistent (the same date letter for various years an periods, Arabic alphabet sequence was not followed).Besides, date letters were of different form. In your mark date letter is ``C 0``(C zero). You can find it on Egyptian government website with the years I wrote.It`s letter ``C``in Arabic and the dot on the left is ``zero``.So, it must be the period marked with letter ``C``.The meaning of additional ``zero`` is unknown to me.
There is no better link than that, although for a non - Arabic speaker it can be confusing.
