Yes the mark top left is the Persian numeral 84 or 870-1000, was trying to identify the upper right mark from previous identifications made by Hada. Does not appear to be Isfahan or Tehran. Now it's the lower mark that intrigues me, not calligraphy. A possible trade mark? The bowl itself does appear to be what is generally referred to as Assiyran revival.
