Unkown Marks on Piece, Islamic?

I have an ornate piece but cannot read what I believe are Middle Eastern marks. Any help would be much appreciated, thank-you.

Also if anyone can tell me why I can't post an image, would be helpful as I have fully edited imagery of the marks. One of the marks that repeats over the piece has a dot a V and a line underneath. Again wish I could upload an image to make this easier. Kind Regards Alexander.

Your images are tiny, but they appear to be Cairo, 800/1000 standard, post 1946.

We'll need to see larger images of the marks if any help is to be given dating the item.

The images above are the best I can do at the moment, I will take some pictures with my camera as my phone isn't quite up to scratch with the quality. The 3 marks together are the V symbol image that is pictured on it's own, a lotus flower? and a symbol. Again I truly am very grateful for all help received. Kind Regards Alexander.

Ok I think it is Cairo, 800/1000 and yet to decipher the last piece.

The lotus flower is 1946-present hallmark.
