It's made by Jiujiang (九江) based Chinese silver company "Wan Yuanmao (萬元茂)". Jiujiang is a important port city of Yangzi River. Several silver companies here made westen-type of silver items for selling to foreigners, such as Tu Maoxing (涂茂興), Tu Qingyun (涂慶雲), Tu Qinghe (涂慶和), Tu Tianxing(涂天興)
and also Wan Yuanmao the maker of your peppers.
