585 hallmark?

Hi, I have a charm bracelet with a moving ferris wheel charm on it. Cant get a close enough picture to show good enough. It says 585 AR then has two stamps that I cannot make out except that it is maybe a flower laying sideways?? not even sure if thats correct, but has an easily readable W at the end. Hope someone can help!

585 is 14 karat gold and the w could either be a makers mark or the date letter, if it,s modern, w would be 1996. the mark that looks like a flower could be the glasgow tree

There is no way to be sure without photos, but it sounds like 14K manufactured in Arezzo, Italy.
