I know I'm really reaching with this one:) This tiny! mark is on a 14k stickpin. Familiar to anyone? Thanks for looking!

It seems to me to be a tiny "Caduceus" hallmark which is an ancient symbol that you sometimes see on medical signs ::: If that is correct, I lean towards Italy or France, but that's just a first impression ::: Does anything else about the pin point towards a certain country? :::
