Hi Nancy,
By now you should know embedded images get a far better response. I believe it to be gold marks for London, date letter S for 1973, maker's mark TJH so far unknown for information see:

I have to correct my colleague: This is actually a Dublin hallmark with the date code for 1974. TJH is the rather prosaically named company The Jewellery House.
I have taken the liberty of cropping and embedding your picture.
