I need your help to identifying this maker's mark - probably US or Canada? what is the maker?

marked with: WP PAASH 18K

and I have the gold earrings from this set, marked PAASH 18K

I found some PAASH marked pieces by auctions, but not any info about maker...

I believe the name is Raash. Unfortunately, I have nothing else to add.
