I own a ring after my grandmother and I think it's some kind of Egyptian make but honestly I never seen such hallmarks and I thought you guys might help me out.
I will really appreciate it.

Yes, indeed, this is an Egyptian hallmark.
The line up from left to right is as follows...

-The fineness in Arabic characters for 1 and 8 or 18k.
-Within this first mark is the assay office insignia - Cairo
-The second or middle mark is the ibis which is the Egyptian mark for gold
-The final mark is the date year of when the item was marked. In this case, there has been two uses of that letter, 1975 and
2006. Since it was your grandmother's it most likely would be 1975.
-The marks on the remaining support bars are a reiteration of the fineness mark.
