Can anyone read this Hallmark??

I bought these at a store in london.. I think they are gold framed but i can't be sure of the hall mark: "??10Ct" - 10 Ct gold?
Anyway, it is gold for sure: i acid tested the frames. But i would really like to know what the marking is supposed to say.
