hallmark on gold swiss watch

Bonjour from Paris,
Below, 2 photos from an old swiss watch from the "Chronographe suisse" maker.
I know the first hallmark (the helvetia head), the second two, but what about
1444 : it's the number of the watch ?
158 : it's the responsability mark ? What does 158 mean ?
What about this stamp on the side too ?
