Help Identify this mark?

I have a 12 ctw amethyst ring that I got at auction years and years ago. It is done in 14k yellow gold, with white and rose gold. Looks well done, around the amethyst are chinese dragons and leaves. Only mark on it I have found other than what looks to be a 14k mark and a mark I have attached.
