The 'H' is for 1856-7.

The "WM" is most likely the maker's hallmark. You can write to the Birmingham Assay Office and send them a message and photograph of your hallmarks and they most likely ID the artist for you.

In the past I have written with photos to the London and Dublin Assay offices and they have ID artist studios for me.

Good luck,

Chris
