I have a ring that is apperently from Queen Victoria but i cant find anything on the hallmarks or the maker. it has a crown, 22K and the initials R.P. It was made before 1865. Is there any info or a web page I can go to?

R.P. springs to mind Robert Pringle, I know he had a prolific silversmith business in England but unsure if they went into the jewellery side of things, any chance of a photo?
