It's assayed in London with the crown and 18 mark.

Hey Doos, small world eh. I have found some more info and found a site with the leopards so I can try to match it while at work and get an idea of the date, but the other marks like the 3, the star, elephants and what could be a 6 or a G I am unsure about.

The leopard does not have a crown so it must be 1821 to current right?
I am thinking 1896 or sooner.
