Can anyone help with a makers mark please?

I have a silver nugget style necklace given to me by a friend and which belonged to his mother. I can't identify the maker's mark - ZJ - or the town mark, which appears to be a rose or similar flower. Can anyone help? I've searched on the internet but haven't come up with anything.

A rose is the new town mark for Sheffield which was introduced in 1975.
