Sterling? Stamped Ring

Hi All:
Was hoping you could give me some info on this ring that my mother-in-law gave me. It's a *wrap ring* with a flower design. There are two marks that I am unable to find any info on. an R (with a circle around it), then VHO? & then STERLING. All of these are contained in a thin triangle.
On the other side of the wrap is the word :Manygoats? or Nanygoats?
Any info would be appreciated!
