There is some sort of I P or L P smudged mark and 05 AR.

Its on a bracelet, 925 silver but I think white sapphire stones.

Welcome to the Forum.

It has to numbers, not letters. My best guess is that it is 1805 AR, which is registered to Daverivicenza srl of Arezzo, see: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=27003&p=66185#p66185
