What exactly do you think is iffy? I see a sponsor's mark REM and a convention mark which both look OK; the other 2 marks are not clear enough to make out.

Hi, iffy, because it tries to look like Br. sterling marks, but says R E M - .925 - and a couple of marks that are unreadable. Noel

Hi,
As said above, there is convention (common mark) and sponsor`s mark (unknown to me).
Compare with Dublin Assay Office:

I think I have it now. This was made by a country that subscribes to the mark convention, and the mark is the scales. Plus REM is responsible for the mark, whoever they are?
