Is this gold?

Hi
I would love to know what the marks of this ring means?
It has some diamonds missing. Also i went to check if it was gold and the guy said it wasnt.

If it was gold so the stones are real diamonds?

Hi,
Is it ``58`` or ``585``? If the latter it`s 14 K gold.
There is also ``9`` possibly 9 Karat if above ``585`` is excluded.
Either post new images of ``58`` or tell us.
Being gold does not mean the stones are diamonds - more common are zirconia, cubic zirconia, zircon.
Both the metal and the stones can be tested by a jeweler.

"58" may be just a size of the ring.
