I am looking for any help that I can get identifying the following marks. I have a wonderful necklace but cannot figure it out.

Hi welcome to the forum, made in Poland, primary domestic siver hallmark 1986 to date. The frame shape is rectangular with small rounded corners at the right edge. The assay office letter is situated above the standard 925(sterling), to the left of the core image of the right facing woman's head. The W regional assay office letter for Warsaw. The maker's mark AV is unknown to me.
The first circular frame mark of the woman facing right is an additional warrant mark used from 1963 to date. On articles of mixed metals, the additional silver parts would be indicated by this mark being struck beside the primary precious metal hallmark of the item.

Oel.
