Nubia or Ethiopian Bungles

I have this Two Bangles i bought in kenya 30 years. The shop Owner said that they were old Nubias. Now i don't Know if they are Silver either.

Can someone help me with Information where i can get more answeres about their Origins and Can you tell if they are Silver please?

ps: ignore the inside of the Smaller one which is another Metall build into it. Someone made an Ashtry out of it!

Unfortunately, there is no way that your questions can be answered from just a photo. Anything anyone answers with will be, primarily, guesswork and you should take it as such. A trip to a qualified jeweler is your best bet to answer the silver content.
