Help, Unable to make out silver marks?

Hello
I am looking for help with dating this item/ any information. I am unable to make out where it was made, I can only make out the Lion.

The items hallmarks are tiny and it has been difficult for me to take photographs. I have done my very best and I hope that it is good enough to make out.

That is the mark of Carrs of Sheffield. The date of assay appears to be 2000.
