Birmingham maker

These are the hallmarks on a sporting medal from 1916. Hallmarked 1915. I need help with the maker please.

Hi,

I can't make out the first letter to clearly, but there is a Birmingham maker from this time period called W. O. Lewis (W.O.L) and he did make this type of item.
