Does anyone know who/what country of origin thses are from?

These are four rings I found at an estate sale. They are all marked PECK, and test sterling. The stones are agates, carnelian, opal, pearl, fire agate, and a banded agate. They look "buggish" in design, or crab like, interesting and well designed and made. Fit well, smooth and no other markings. So if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. (I did find one similar under Fab.com it is a lapis version, same material and markings.)
