Help needed on Marcarsite Irish Pin

I have an antique irish pin and earrings, that I need some information on. They are both marked Sterling and Irish on the back. They may be a hallmark under the sword, of the pin, but I cannot read it.


I do not know what kind of stones there are, or what the symbols mean. Is it of any value? Any information will be appreciated.
