Ring Marking

hello, my first time in this forum . i read the rules but im not sure where this would go. so please forgive my ignorance !
My mother-inlaw found this ring in the parkinglot at work and noone has claimed it so she gave it to me. I needed a magnifier to have a better look on the inside markings but its not familiar to me. If anyone can help me figure what it is i would be grateful! Thanks !
