Is this a Marius Hammer Mark? Looks like it but...Need help!

This hallmark does not look like other Marius Hammer hallmarks I have seen so I am puzzled yet I did not see it under Norway hallmarks. Perhaps someone here can help - please! Right most box is letter N (Norway) in box. Thank you.

Believe that's the conjoined letters "E" and "M".

The mark was first registered in 1965, but some believe it may have been used prior to that.

All other catagories require an image of the mark and the entire piece.
