help identifying this mark on bracelet.

I need help identifying this mark and bracelet.
I got this from someone who bought this at an estate sell in Birmingham AL. My camera or the picture taker sucks.
It's got a crown at the top, with the letter P and D in cursive with a V shaped wreath of leaves on the bottom.
