Need help identifying Pocket Watch

Could anyone shed any light on this watch? I dont really know anything about it, and have tried to trace the hallmarks on the internet - but i`m just getting confused.

I know almost nothing about English silver and even less about watches, but I came up with this possibility. Elizabeth Brown, Watch case maker. The "d" looks to be 1827.

I think Kozy is right about Elizabeth Brown being the case maker.
