Unknown Silver Mark ... Picture Inside

This mark is on the band of a tobacco pipe. Was hoping someone could identify it.

The initials CPF stand for the Consolidated Pipe Factory of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I believe they produced pipes during the first half of the 20th century.
