Unknown Marks

I cannot determine the provenance of the marks on a very elaborate candlestand. Can you help? Thanks, Eric

Looks like an Elkington & Co. mark, see;

Thanks Tom, that is exactly what it is, does anyone have any more information, such as possible date of manufacture, I can supply more photoes, hopefully of better quality...Eric
