marks and letters on dish

i have a dish, i beleive it is a plain double vegetable buffet dish. It has markings on the bottom that are as follows: a small bell ;each in a shield the letters F P; and each in a circle the letters N S. under those are the name reed & barton and the numbers 11037. Can someone tell me anything about this, the quality of the dish and maybe the date if possible.

If the F is really an E, then the EPNS would mean electro-plated nickel silver or silver plated over a base metal of nickel silver. Nickel silver is an alloy of nickel, copper, and zinc and contains no silver. The 11037 is a stock or pattern number. R&B used a bell as a date letter on hollowware for 1951.

tyvm, it is indeed an E and now i know. I had the date figured out but i also had an earlier one in the 1800"s, i was just guessing that. ty agian.
