Hi, my friend has a beautiful silver tea/coffee set. He thinks it is pretty old but really doesn't know much about it. It's inherited. The only mark on the back for identification is a bell. then it says Philadelphia Silver Co which I have tried and tried to find info on and can't. If anyone has any information to try to help identify this set, truly would appreciate it. Thanks a lot
