Hello, sounds like Fleitmann & Witte from Germany. A pic might tell for sure ... Best wishes, Bahner

Hello, that's it. Fleitmann took over an already existing company in 1861. Sometime later it was called Fleitmann & Witte. After absorbing other companies it was renamed "Vereinigte Deutsche Nickelwerke Schwerte" (VDNS), the main facilities being in the city of Schwerte. Still exists there today as VDNS. Best wishes, Bahner

Hello, probably beginning of the 20ieth century. Maybe later (around 1910-20). I believe, that the old Fleitmann mark was still used after the company was renamed. Best wishes, Bahner
