Hi all,
Can anyone help me identify the maker, country of origin and age of a silver plate flower basket the has the word "Burgundy" along with four hallmark stamps and the number 4320 stamped on the bottom????
The basket is about 14 inches tall not including the handle that is another 10 inches tall.
