Can't see the letters in the mark very well. If the first letter is G it's likely the mark of Goldfeder Silverware Company, Yalesville, Connecticut. Founded in 1932.
If the letters are BSC, then it's the Birmingham Silver Company, Yalesville, CT., who succeeded them.
