Only half of mark showing!

Hi i have apiece of quadruple plate with only half of the mark showing it looks to be a anchor with the letter s behind it and what i beleave to be the latters co in smaller print to the right of the s i cant tell if theres anything else there or not, i hope you all can help me on this

The S behind the anchor might just be a rope. Several American manufacturers used a similar mark.
