Help needed for identification

I have these two items best I could do for photo as camera on the blink had to scan. The handles are definatly made of natural material and are not moulded.
It has G.B & S EP stamped on it. Thank You

I think I have found something could it be Frederick George Bishop - 1894 - 1940. Does anyone know any more about this? His makers mark is G.B & S I think he might have been with Sheffield. I am really new to this so I have no idea how to find out more so if anyone else could help that would be great

George Bishop & Sons was located in Sheffield England. In business from 1894 to 1940. Here's their silverplate mark:
