nurses buckle

Could anyone help me identify the nurses buckle. I was given the buckle when I qualified as a nurse in 1976. the lady who gave it me I think nursed in the first world war.
There are 2 marks on the back, one a crown and another one a t shaped cross, alomg with EPNS.
Any help would be appreciated.
