Help with Hallmark/Trademark required

Hello,
I am looking for some help identifying the enclosed Hall/Trademark, it is off an Art Deco/Nouveau (Silver or Silverplated) Tea & Coffee Set could be from France/Paris. Not been able to find anything about the marks but think they read " Lutetia & G W" plus "12 GRs" - any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Those are French silver plate marks in rectangles.
12 GRs means 12 grams of pure silver was used for silver plating on base metal.
