Hello and thank you for your time, I have an ornate and beautiful silver/silverplate cake stand with three hallmarks. The first is a crown, the second appears to be a Compass Rose, the third is faint, but appears to be "IS" in a shield.

The three marks are on the obverse of the plate; prominently viewed during use.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
