What do these markings mean? Silver-plated tray

I know this is a silver-plated tray from the Smith Silver Company in Bridgeport, but I'm looking for any other information anyone might know about it (approximate date of manufacture, where this tray might have been used, etc.). An elderly friend gave it to me along with some other silver pieces.
