Hello, I have this small tray, the punch poses a problem for me because I can't find any resemblance, complete. I found a swastika brand at Stieff Company dating from 1928, but not the letters R R, someone have an idea ??

A maker mark topside is not very typical for American platers. Maybe look to a source in Europe?
