The item is manufactured 1881.

But there is no hallmarks that indicate genuin silver?

The design was registered in 1881, but the item may have been in production for some, perhaps many, years after. Also, there is no certainty that this is British-made, although it is very likely. There was nothing to stop an overseas manufacturer from registering their designs in the UK especially if they were targeting the UK market.

As there appears to be no official hallmarks on the item, it would extremely unlikely to be made of silver.

Below class (I) there is a number 22 for the day (not a letter for the year) therefore it belongs to Table 2 (used 1868 - 1881).

On the right of the diamond shaped mark is letter E for the year 1881 when it was registered in Britain.
Month is most likely H for April.
As already said, it is not solid silver.
