Hello Becky, if you are still there? Welcome to the Forum. Your post has had nearly 400 views but maybe the diminutive photo has stiffled replies. Even looking at it on the hosting site (a step that a lot of Forum members are worried about doing), did not make the marks much clearer. Bravely, I looked, took a copy and magnified the marks and how interesting they are too. That does not mean I have the answers though.

I think you have 2 sets of marks, possibly maker's marks and the big flag mark maybe a retailers mark. Where was Grandama from or where do you think she would have bought the teapot. The marks do not strike me as British marks and there are some USA H&S or "H" "star" "S" makers. I am sure someone other than me may immediately recognise the marking now.
