Handle with unknown symbols

Hey! I found this handle to a spoon (I’m guessing) at a really old site in Massachusetts. I’ve spend hours researching but I cannot find these symbols anywhere. I figured this crowd might know what they are and what they mean. I’m guessing hallmark, timeframe and type of silver or metal? Thoughts? Love to get an age and location ?
