Help Identifying Antique Flatware

I am a student working on an archaeology project for a cabin site occupied until the year 1919. I am working on the cutlery collection but having a hard time tracking down information on a couple of pieces.

1. a spoon with the marks of potentially an iron cross followed by German Silver 24



2. a fork with the mark of Peterson's R.B. (or possibly P.B.?)




any help would be much appreciated.
